POSITION - SALES COORDINATOR
CTC- 20K-25K
LOCATION -DELHI , NETAJI SUBHASH PLACE
Key Roles and Responsibilities
• Order Management:
• Receiving and managing customer pre-orders through calls, emails, or company portals.
• Ensuring accurate entry of order details in the system.
• Pricing and Quotation:
• Providing customers with product pricing, discounts, and promotional details.
• Preparing and sharing quotations as per customer requirements.
• Coordination:
• Liaising with internal teams such as inventory, logistics, and accounts to ensure order fulfillment.
• Coordinating with the sales team to update them on order progress and client inquiries.
• Customer Interaction:
• Acting as a point of contact for customers regarding pre-order details and follow-ups.
• Addressing queries related to product availability, pricing, and timelines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
Education:
• Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
• total work: 1 year (Preferred)
• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
