Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the sales team in handling inquiries and preparing quotations for clients.
• Coordinate with customers to understand their requirements and provide timely updates.
• Follow up on leads, proposals, and pending orders to ensure smooth progression through the sales cycle.
• Maintain and update sales records, reports, and CRM systems accurately.
• Liaise with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Handle customer service inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
