Job Description

• Support Sales Team : Assist sales representatives by providing necessary materials and information to enhance productivity.
• Order Management : Process orders accurately and ensure timely delivery, addressing any issues that arise during the order fulfillment process.
• Customer Relations : Maintain and build strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.
• Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, production, and finance teams to ensure alignment on sales initiatives and customer needs.
• Training and Development : Assist in hiring and training new sales staff, ensuring they are equipped to meet sales goals.
• Performance Analysis : Monitor sales metrics and prepare reports to evaluate team performance against targets.
• Administrative Duties : Manage documentation related to sales processes, maintaining organized records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Budget Management : Help manage budgets related to sales activities, including travel and marketing expenses

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
