Position - Sales Coordinator

- Sales Coordinator

• Order Management:
• Process and coordinate customer orders from initiation to delivery.
• Ensure accurate and timely input of order details into the system.
• Monitor order status and ensure prompt delivery.
• Customer Communication:
• Serve as the primary contact between the sales team and customers, addressing inquiries.
• Provide updates on order status and delivery schedules.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate solutions with relevant departments.
• Sales Support:
• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales quotations and reports.
• Maintain customer records and sales data in the system.
• Logistics Coordination:
• Work with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries and manage container scheduling and tracking.
• Ensure all necessary documentation is in order.
• Inventory Management:
• Collaborate with the warehouse and inventory team to ensure product availability.
• Monitor inventory levels and inform the sales team of shortages.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare and maintain sales reports.
• Coordination with Internal Teams:
• Collaborate with the finance department to resolve billing or payment issues related to sales orders.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a sales coordinator or in a similar administrative role supporting sales operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Google Sheet and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and priorities tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination or a related role.

Salary :

Monthly Salary 10 to 15k

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month

Schedule:
