SALES COORDINATOR
Scan Holdings is a leading Export Company in West Delhi dealing in metal packaging products for Food and Beverage Industries. The company has a client base in over 33 countries across the globe. Our company is recruiting ' Sales Coordinator' to manage and build export sales for our key products. This will include key account management, customer relationship building, follow ups, repeat order tracking, communicating with new customers and generate leads. Qualifications required:
• Any Post Graduate, Any Graduate (B.Com, B.A., BBA, Economic Hons) with 3-6 years of experience in coordination/sales
• Candidates must have excellent academic records and should be from good colleges and business schools.
• Should have good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power-point, Emails and Internet.
• Good communication skills and English language fluency required.
• Fresh MBA/Post Graduate/Graduate can apply with minimum 60% marks.
Job responsibilities:
• Liaison with key clients for all support and good relationship building.
• Support sales team by managing schedules.
• Make Proforma invoice, Purchase orders and follow up on orders with clients.
• Check status of order execution and payments and promptly inform customer.
• Email and telephonic calls to customers on routine matters and replying to their queries after discussing with management on special matters.
• Maintain customer data in Excel/Advance Excel to increase business, research for new business opportunities, developing new clients and help in expanding business.
• This is an office job. Female candidates preferred.
