Job description
We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator with a minimum of 3-4 years of expertise in the same role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing the coordination with sales team ensuring the timely and productive action on every potential leads.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Order Processing:
Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Liaise with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment as needed.
2. Client Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
Provide product information, pricing, and support to clients as necessary.
Address customer feedback and resolve issues in a timely manner.
3. Sales Support:
Assist the sales team in creating quotes, proposals, and sales contracts.
Coordinate sales meetings and appointments, ensuring the availability of necessary resources.
Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
4. Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and inventory movements.
Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding documentation and reporting
5. Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, production, and finance to ensure alignment of activities.
Communicate customer requirements and feedback to relevant departments for continuous improvement.
Participate in cross-functional projects to support overall business objectives.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3-4 years of experience in sales coordination or customer service roles
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data entry and documentation.
