Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team at Boxxcut. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving their targets and ensuring smooth operations of the sales process. This is a full-time position based in Delhi, Delhi, India, with an ideal candidate having 1 to 3 years of experience in sales coordination.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and techniques.
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of the printing and packaging industry is a plus.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Provide support to the sales team by handling administrative tasks such as order processing, documentation, and follow-up on customer inquiries.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders to customers.
  • Maintain customer database and update records of sales activities.
  • Track sales targets and prepare sales reports for management.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
