Computer Skills - advance excel, v-lookup,h-lookup,sum,sumif,contif,piovt table,conditional formating,tally,erp,all formulas of excel
Sales Coordinator Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
2. Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
3. Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
4. To direct the leads to the field sales team when required

6. Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
7. Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
8. Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
9. Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material.
10. Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.
11. Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
12. Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
13. Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports.
