Sales Coordination:
• Assist the sales team in processing sales orders and preparing sales documents.
• Coordinate with customers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products, pricing, and availability.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports and dashboards for management review.
• Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, conferences, and other sales-related events.
Back Office Coordination:
• Manage administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence related to sales and customer service.
• Process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents.
• Maintain inventory records and coordinate with the warehouse team for stock management.
• Support the HR department with administrative tasks related to employee records and recruitment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
