MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for monitoring of daily running kilometers of the sales team, capturing data with a meter and snapshots.
2. Create and maintain a DVR to track visit locations in accordance with the Area Tour Plan (ATP).
3. Record and draft the purpose and outcomes of meetings with dealers and farmers conducted by sales persons.
4. Responsible for follow up with distributors to remind them of outstanding payment clearance.
5. Assist in resolving payment-related issues and discrepancies.
6. Provide assistance to the sales team and distributors in handling material returns and the receipt of damaged products.
7. Ensure efficient processing and documentation of returns with accurate and up-to-date records.
8. Coordinate the arrangement of promotional materials, such as product catalogs, leaflets, and other sales collateral, for the sales team.
9. Individually track daily sales collections and New Business Development (NBD) activities for each sales representative.
10. Prepare sales and collection Management Information System (MIS) reports using various formats.
11. Develop sales forecasts received form sales team to help management to determine material requirements.
12. Formally connect with buyer parties to provide general information, address inquiries, and maintain positive relationships.
13. Follow up with parties that purchased materials at a 16% discount and have not made payments by the 25th day.
14. Identify parties that have not made payments or have denied payment.
15. Coordination for initiation legal actions, including sending legal notices, when necessary, to address outstanding issues.
16. Any other task as assigned by Management as and when required.
