Key Responsibilities:
• Administrative Support:
• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
• Order Processing:
• Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
• Customer Communication:
• Act as a liaison between clients and the sales team to address inquiries and resolve issues.
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
• Sales Reporting:
• Generate and distribute sales reports and performance metrics to the sales team and management.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Sales Support:
• Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
• Support the team in lead generation and prospecting activities.
• Coordination and Collaboration:
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on promotions and product launches.
