Role:Sales CoordinatorType: Full TimeJob Responsibilities :1. Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information2. Communicating with customers on daily basis via phone calls and email.3. CRM Operations work and offer preparation, Quotation Making4. Reviewing and updating customer pricing as required.5. Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material6. Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested7. Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports8. Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness9. Following up with Customers for payments and collection of sales.10. Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems11. Monitor the teams progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements12.
