Responsibilities:- Sales Order preparation - Generating various reports - Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information. - Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness - Follow-up with clients for payment - Store and sort Sales data in SAP and present reports - Maintaining and managing the client orders - Monitoring the daily activities of the salesperson - Coordination with clients regarding their delivery status - Follow-up with clients for payment Our Ideal Candidate: - Self-motivated individual with innovative skills in problem-solving and a good team player - Good communication and interpersonal Skills - Knowledge of SAP software will be an added advantage - Experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus Commitments: - Work from the Office - 6 days working. - Working days - Monday to Saturday.
