The selected candidate will be pivotal in optimizing sales processes, ensuring financial record accuracy, and enhancing sales outcomes. This role demands a proactive approach in administrative support, precise data management in Excel, effective invoice processing, and a drive to propel the sales team toward higher productivity and results. Key Responsibilities: Direct Sales Support: o Streamline the sales process by managing schedules and preparing essential sales documentation. o Engage dynamically with the sales team to pinpoint opportunities for increased productivity and heightened sales. Advanced Data Management: o Employ advanced Excel skills for efficient sales data management, utilizing formulas and functions. o Create sales reports to monitor performance, aiding in the identification and implementation of improvement strategies. Invoicing & Account Management: o Timely preparation and issuance of invoices, with diligent follow-up on payments. o Conduct regular account reviews to verify financial accuracy and integrity. Productivity Enhancement: o Closely monitor sales metrics to collaboratively develop strategies with the sales team for enhanced performance. o Initiate and lead motivational meetings to encourage the sales team, focusing on meeting and exceeding sales targets. Customer Relations & Feedback: o Maintain customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and swift resolution of any issues. o Systematically gather customer feedback to inform and refine sales techniques and product offerings. Administrative Excellence: o Provide top-notch administrative support to streamline sales team operations. o Organize logistics for meetings, presentations, and other sales-driven events. Qualifications & Skills: Educational Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience Level: Demonstrated experience in sales coordination or administrative roles preferred. Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP), and CRM software. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Organizational Capabilities: Superior multitasking and organizational skills, emphasizing a detail-oriented methodology.
