We are looking for determined and dedicated experienced sales Coordinator to ensure that our customers receive the best-in-class mechanical consultancy for their projects, ranging from conceptual design to installation and commissioning.

We are a digital player, using our own tools in conjunction with large plant systems to create early studies, design solutions, and specifications for our clients. We offer an exciting project environment that allows you to continue growing with new ways of working, such as using Dalux (AR/XR) to inspect building sites, or P&I diagrams to follow fast-track projects and en-sure the right mechanical installations.

We do not expect you to know it all, as we ourselves need to develop and be open-minded to constantly find the right solutions. How you might spend your days

As a Sales Coordinator, you\'ll be working with a sales/account management as well as multi-disciplinary team were, you\'ll be:

  • Maintain and organize sales records and reports.
  • Arrange and support documents to help Sales/Project team.
  • Support sales team by documenting orders Entry.
  • Attend essential sales training meetings and develop an understanding of all the ser-vices.
  • Provide support to sales team members in creating and managing customer profile and updating customer information.
  • Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling orders/documentation.
  • Establish active communication and engagement with respective stakeholders to ensure that smooth order processing.
  • Collaborate with multidimensional team in weekly meetings to create and maintain sales reports.
  • Document and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.

To apply for the position there are some things that are needed, and others are a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
  • You have at least one year of experience working as a sales/finance role.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Excel spreadsheets using VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
  • Must be able to assist in all sales and marketing campaigns, as needed.
  • You have a degree in B.com/BBA/ or BSc.
