Responsibility
Circulate new inquiries in the prescribed format to the costing team
Coordinate between departments and factories to satisfy customer queries regarding deliveries
Preparing requisite reports
Maintaining customer master
Updating MIS and follow up action completion - with customer targets/revenues vs. achievements, Item availability for new jobs
