The ideal candidate will be the point of contact for colleagues and customers. This candidate will keep schedules, provide feedback, documentation and information in order to facilitate team activity. They will also work closely with sales teams to maximize performance.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate with customers for inquiries and sales process
• Making of all the quotations and Purchase order and follow-ups
• Handling Email Communication with the customers.
• Keep track of the all the bills payable before due dates.
• Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
• Provides data of monthly stock evaluation.
• Documentation of all the Invoices.
• Daily, weekly and monthly reporting
• Admin Documentation
