The successful candidate will become the point ofreference for colleagues and customers alike, by keepingschedules and providing feedback, documentation andinformation. The goal is to facilitate the teams activities so as tomaximize their performance and the solid and long-lastingdevelopment of the company.A Sales Coordinator prepares and then follows up on any salesquotations made for clients.He/She must be able to efficiently respond to any online ortelephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.The Sales Coordinator must liaise between other departmentsand the client to provide the service most suitable to the clientsneeds, cost and time restraints.He/She must also be able to work closely with the Sales team toassess the progress of the department and develop Salesstrategy accordingly.The Sales Coordinator may also be required to produce reportson progress within the department and outline any developedstrategies to improve.RequirementsProven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or inother administrative positions will be considered a plus;Good computer skills (MS Office)Proficiency in EnglishWell-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solvingExcellent verbal and written communication skills. A team player withhigh level of dedication.Any Graduate BE Mech. /Diploma or relevant field.
