:Black & Grey HR is currently recruiting on behalf of a leading flexible packaging manufacturer in India for a dynamic and organized Sales Coordinator to join our client\xe2\x80\x99s team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will support the sales team, manage customer relationships, and ensure smooth operations from order processing to delivery.Core Responsibities:- Assist the sales team in daily operations and order management.- Coordinate with clients to process orders, provide updates, and address inquiries.- Maintain accurate records of sales orders, inventory, and customer details.- Liaise with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.- Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.- Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities.- Handle administrative tasks such as preparing quotations, invoices, and sales agreements.- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing excellent service.- Generate reports and presentations as requiredRequirements- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.- Proven experience in a sales support or coordinator role, preferably in the flexible packaging industry.- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP Software.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Benefits- Attractive Salary + Benefits
