Designation:Sales Coordinator & Inside sales MarketingRequisite Skills:1.Should have Experience in the same field2.Excellent polite and persuasive communication skills3. passionate, hard worker and well-organized professional with power to prioritize and multitask4.High degree of self-motivation and ambition.5.Able to work in team and willing to put up to team6.Should be a Critical Thinker7.Should be Adaptable to continuous Learning8.Ability to meet deadlinesEssential Duties and Responsibilities:1.Communicate effectively with sales managers and their clients to maintain existing relationships while helping to create and build new client relationships.2.Providing sales and administrative support through various office duties such as answering the phone, making calls to vendors, managing calendars, scheduling site visits, etc.3.Supporting the sales team in attaining sales targets4.Preparing monthly, weekly or daily sales analysis as instructed by the Director of Sales.5.Input new sales inquiries into the companys database and update program files in the database as needed.6.Collecting, analyzing, evaluating and accounting program information in order to increase productivity of sales.7.Maintaining an efficient work environment while contributing to the overall success of the organization8.Coordinating and responding to all requests of internal meetings9.Assisting in the implementation of sales strategy as prepared by the Sales manager10.Create P O and PI for that accurately reflect the services requested.
