Responsibilities:
Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks to enhance their productivity. This includes managing and organizing sales-related documents, maintaining customer databases, and providing support in preparing sales presentations.
Customer Communication: Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers through email, phone calls, and other communication channels. Address customer inquiries and provide information about products or services.
Order Processing: Process sales orders accurately and efficiently. Ensure that orders are complete, including the correct products, quantities, pricing, and shipping details. Coordinate with the logistics team for timely delivery.
Quotation Preparation: Prepare quotations for customers based on their requirements and company pricing guidelines. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure competitive and accurate pricing.
Sales Reports: Generate and analyze sales reports to track sales performance, identify trends, and provide insights to the sales team and management. Prepare regular reports on sales activities and results.
Inventory Management: Keep track of inventory levels and collaborate with the operations team to ensure product availability. Inform the sales team of any potential shortages or delays.
Sales Meetings: Assist in scheduling and organizing sales meetings, including setting up agendas, preparing materials, and documenting meeting minutes.
CRM Management: Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to maintain customer records, track interactions, and manage leads and opportunities.
Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to support the development of sales strategies.
Sales Support Documentation: Prepare and maintain documentation related to sales processes, including sales contracts, agreements, and terms and conditions.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a sales support or coordinator role, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and under pressure.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
