  • Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
  • Manage Customer call and email follow-ups
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give -sales support when requested.
  • Handle all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Good Knowledge about Tender Document Preparation & Submission
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
  • Good computer skills (MS Office & Excel)
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Digital marketing and other back-office
activity.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory
