We're seeking highly skilled Sales Consultants to join our team. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth, build strong customer relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Meet and exceed sales targets
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
3. Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
4. Provide product knowledge and solutions to customers
5. Negotiate and close sales deals
6. Maintain accurate sales records and reports
7. Collaborate with team members to achieve dealership goals
8. Stay updated on market trends, competitor analysis, and product knowledge
9. Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve concerns
10. Participate in sales events, promotions, and campaigns
Requirements:
1. 1-3 years of experience in sales (automotive industry preferred)
2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
4. Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills
5. Basic knowledge of automotive industry (desirable)
6. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
7. Graduate degree (any discipline)
Desirable Skills:
1. Fluency in Kannada and English
2. Experience in automotive sales/service industry
3. Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
