About the internship
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Support Client Acquisition: Assist the sales team in identifying and researching potential customers, helping to generate leads and expand our reach
2. Become a Process Pro: Learn the ins and outs of our client onboarding process, shadow experienced team members and gain valuable knowledge you can share with clients
3. Craft Compelling Communication: Help prepare informative client communications, such as emails outlining procedures or crafting presentations, to effectively convey our value proposition
4. Guide clients through the journey: Provide initial customer support, answering basic questions and directing clients to helpful resources throughout the onboarding process
5. Assist with Client Documentation: Aid clients with paperwork by gathering information, ensuring completeness, and facilitating a smooth transition into our system
Mentorship Matters: To nurture your development, we\'ll assign you a dedicated team lead who will provide mentorship and guidance throughout your internship.
