Job Overview:
The Sales Consultant is responsible for assisting customers in finding the right vehicle for their needs at Equity Hyundai. This role involves providing an exceptional customer experience from initial contact through to closing the sale. The Sales Consultant must be knowledgeable about Hyundai products, promotions, and financing options, and use this knowledge to guide customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and engage customers in the showroom and online, assisting them with their vehicle needs.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments with customers to determine their preferences, budget, and specifications.
• Present new and used vehicles, highlighting features, benefits, and special promotions.
• Advise customers on financing options and warranty coverage, explaining details clearly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Hyundai vehicle inventory, including new arrivals, features, and benefits.
• Schedule test drives, accompany customers, and address any questions or concerns during the process.
• Follow up with customers after their visits to answer any additional questions or concerns and encourage further engagement.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive buying experience.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Keep detailed records of all customer interactions and sales progress.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
• Participate in sales training and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?19,000.00 per month
