We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Business Loan Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential business clients, assessing their financial needs, and facilitating the loan application process from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential business clients, including shops selling commodities or individuals with daily income sources.
- Conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their business requirements and financial goals.
- Educate clients about our business loan products, explaining features, terms, and eligibility criteria in detail.
- Assist clients in completing loan application forms and gathering necessary documentation for KYC (Know Your Customer) and eligibility verification.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely processing and approval of loan applications.
- Conduct thorough credit assessments and risk evaluations to determine loan eligibility and appropriate loan amounts.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to facilitate the disbursement of approved loans to clients.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any queries or concerns they may have throughout the loan disbursal process.
- Monitor and track loan repayments, ensuring timely collections and adherence to repayment schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, loan applications, and loan disbursements in the company database.
