The ideal candidate will excel at converting leads into signed projects, ensuring a seamless transition from prospecting to closing. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Conversion: Engage with qualified leads and guide them through the sales process, turning inquiries into confirmed projects.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Understand their requirements and offer suitable solutions tailored to their needs.
• Project Pitching: Present NJgraphica's services in digital marketing, web development, and graphic design effectively to prospects.
• Negotiation & Closing: Handle objections, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements to close deals successfully.
• Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-ups with potential clients, keeping them engaged and informed.
• Reporting: Maintain records of sales activities and regularly update management on progress.
Qualifications:
• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the digital marketing, design, or IT industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking systems (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
• Availability to work part-time or full-time as per company requirements.
