We are actively looking for Sales Call Auditor who will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating sales calls to ensure adherence to company policies, standards, and customer service excellence. This role will help improve the overall quality of the sales team's interactions with customers and prospects, providing feedback and insights to optimize performance and training.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and Evaluate Calls: Listen to and evaluate recorded sales calls for adherence to scripts, guidelines, and quality standards.
• Quality Assessment: Assess the effectiveness of sales techniques, product knowledge, and communication skills displayed during calls.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on call findings, including strengths, areas for improvement, and recommendations for training.
• Feedback: Provide constructive feedback to sales representatives to help them improve their performance and customer interactions.
• Training Support: Work closely with the sales training team to identify training needs and assist in the development of training materials.
• Data Analysis: Analyze call data and trends to identify patterns and areas of improvement.
• Compliance Checks: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies during sales calls.
• Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the sales team to implement changes and improvements based on audit findings.
