In this crucial position, you'll play a key role in driving our sales growth by cultivating a network of thriving insurance agents.
You'll leverage your strong sales and relationship-building skills to recruit top talent, provide ongoing support, and empower them to achieve success.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic plans to recruit, onboard, and train high-performing insurance agents within your assigned territory.
• Conduct targeted outreach to identify and build relationships with potential agency partners.
• Negotiate and finalize win-win agency agreements to establish a strong and mutually beneficial partnership.
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to agents, equipping them with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to excel.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and develop personalized action plans to help agents achieve their sales goals.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new insurance products to effectively position our company.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, underwriting, product) to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for agents and clients.
• Analyze data and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress towards recruitment and sales targets.

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per year
