Sales / Business Development Manager for Freight Forwarding Company in Mumbai, Maharashtra / Ahmedabad, Gujarat.Responsibilities:-

  • Identify partnership opportunities
  • Develop new relationships to grow business and help the company expand
  • Maintain existing business
  • Responsible for generating volume budget for all the products viz. Air Export, Air Import, Ocean Export, Ocean Import.
  • Think critically when planning to ensure project success
  • Delivering on Profitability & Volume Growth
  • Regularizing Credit and Collection for Generated Accounts.
  • Specific Management Projects as assigned.
Qualifications:-
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (MBA Preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in business development within the freight forwarding industry, with 5-8 years of experience.
  • The average stint over a career span must be MIN 3 years, we don\'t want job-hopping candidates as we are looking for stability.
  • ROI Expected 3-4 times of CTC
