The Role You Will Be Responsible For Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner. Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction. Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery. Escalating customer feedback as required. Ideal Profile You have at least 3 years experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive or Inside Sales / Sales Development Representative role, ideally within the Real Estate and Manufacturing industry. You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments You are a strong networker & relationship builder Minimum 3 to 5 years\' experience in Business development, Projects & Sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of computer. Ready for client visits and also travel for projects. Good Command in English & Hindi in order to liaise the stakeholder to the region Ready to meets sales targets. Good personality. Not require of retails experience candidates.
