Develop, build, and strengthen relationships with healthcare professionals as the primary stakeholders.
Identify new customers within the healthcare industry through a variety of channels including but not limited to face-to-face meetings, forums, conferences, etc.
Assist in developing VentureBlick\'s pipeline of healthcare consulting projects
Develop connections within the healthcare ecosystem to support the growth of startups in India including, but not limited to, healthcare startups, distributors, regulatory partners, CDMO\'s, etc.
Evangelize and promote education of VentureBlick\'s offerings to potential customers.
Implement market development strategies and tactics and make changes as needed
Communicate customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products
Work with the product and marketing teams to form the strategy for designing and refining the platform targeting healthcare startups and medical professionals
Develop and prepare pitch decks, business plans, and internal/external presentations
Who you are
Bachelor\'s Degree from a leading university, Master\'s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
Proven track record within the healthcare industry and an extensive network of healthcare professionals (doctors, surgeons, clinicians) is an absolute must
At least 5 years of experience in sales, business development, and/or marketing roles in multinational pharmaceutical or medical device companies serving hospitals
Exceptional communication, presentation, and critical thinking skills
