Job Profile: We are seeking a proactive and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the logistics and freight forwarding industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Initiate sales calls to prospective clients and perform heavy cold-calling to build a pipeline of business.
Prospect for leads and conduct research to identify companies not currently doing business with the organization.
Negotiate prices and services with customers and carriers to secure business.
Create and achieve sales goals, providing quotes to current and prospective. clients.
Nurture new sales leads and build relationships through phone calls or one-on-one meetings.
Achieve financial targets/goals set by the company.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in logistics, supply chain services, or freight forwarding.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
