Sales Associate - Work from Home (Performance-Based Salary)

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Reach out to potential clients via calls, meetings, and other methods to introduce our IT services.
• Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, social media, and networking.
• Relationship Building: Establish trust and maintain regular communication with leads to understand their requirements and offer tailored solutions.
• Sales Conversion: Manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. You should enjoy talking to people and building relationships.
