Sales Associate (voice Process)
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Associate in our voice process department, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers with the goal of promoting and selling our products or services.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Engage customers to understand their needs and preferences.
Provide information about products and services, explaining the features and benefits
. Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and promotions.
Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
Continuously improve through feedback.
Skills and Qualifications: Any graduate
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in relevant computer applications (CRM software, Microsoft Office).
Freshers most likely Work experience with financial services is preferred.
Languages preferred: English, Hindi & Telugu (Very good Communication skill)
