This job posting is for a US Insurance Sales Associate role based in TDI Business Centre, Sector 118, Mohali , with the following key details:

Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM (US Shift, Night Shift)
• Location: On-site, Sector 118, Mohali
• Role Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Salary: ?15,000 to ?25,000 per month
• Additional Compensation: Commission pay, performance bonus, yearly bonus

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

• Conduct outbound phone calls to potential customers to generate interest in our insurance programs and build a pipeline of prospective leads
• Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and assessing their potential as a prospective client
• Help customers understand insurance policies, coverage options, and terms
• Customer Service:
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly.
• Address customer complaints and concerns efficiently.
• Documentation and reporting:
• Maintain customer records in compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
• Prepare reports on customer interactions, claim status, and policy updates.
• Compliance and regulatory adherence:
• Ensure activities comply with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and state-specific insurance requirements.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Educational Requirements: A high school diploma or a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Freshers are preferred, and also those with experience in the trucking industry and related customer service are encouraged to apply.
• Skills:
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

This role involves working with insurance products in Us Trucking Insurance. It requires both strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to adapt to a customer-focused sales environment.
