Roles & Responsibilities-
-Attend meetings with clients on weekends to discuss property options and requirements.
-Conduct cold calling activities to generate leads for potential clients interested in real estate.
-Coordinate and schedule meetings with clients who have expressed interest in viewing properties.
-Maintain a professional and knowledgeable approach to present property features effectively and benefits to clients.
-Provide timely follow-up and ensure excellent customer service to nurture client relationships.
-Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Requirement-
-Candidates must wear formal attire (Formal shoes, trousers, and formal shirt).
-Bring a hard copy of your CV.
-Avoid sports shoes or jeans.
-Male candidates must have a bike, as weekend site meetings are mandatory.
-Female candidates, if not comfortable with site visits, can apply for Tele-sales.
-Confidence is essential as sales require assertive personalities.
