SKILLS
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Experience in working with CRM tools/technologies
• Ability to stay calm in stressful situations
• Must be a good listener
• Basic understanding of equity markets
• Must be fluent in English and Hindi. Knowledge of any other Indian languages (Telugu/Tamil / Kannada/Malayalam/Gujarati) will be an added advantage
• Competent with MS Excel EXPERIENCE
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a tele-sales with D2C companies (EdTech, FinTech, etc)
• Experience in financial services/fund management company will be an added advantage
EDUCATION
• Bachelor's degree in any field
