1. Lead Generation:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation.
Research and analyze market trends to identify potential clients.
Site Visits - Ongoing projects in every area.
2. Client Engagement:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with builders, architects, contractors, and
individual homeowners.
Conduct regular site visits to understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions.
3. Product Know how:
Understand and know all of BuildDeli's and Builddeli Pro's products and services.
Customize solutions to meet the specific needs of clients.
4. Networking:
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand the company's
presence in the market.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product knowledge and stay updated on industry
developments.
5. Target Achievement:
Based on the project completion.
Monitor and report on sales performance regularly.
6. Documentation:
Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation.
Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions in the CRM system or Office
documents
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma
Must own a bike and possess a valid driver's license.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil.
2-3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the building materials or construction
industry.
Ability to work independently and meet set targets.
