Key Responsibilities: •Sales and Business Development:•

• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve sales targets.
• Build relationships with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and propose suitable EV charging solutions.
•Market Research:•
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitor activities.
• Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and emerging technologies in EV charging.
•Customer Engagement:•
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and consultations to educate clients about the features and benefits of EV chargers.
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding pricing, technical specifications, and installation requirements.
•Collaboration:•
• Work closely with the technical and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales orders.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials.
•Reporting and Analysis:•
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to improve sales performance.
•Sales Support:•
• Assist the sales team in identifying potential customers and generating leads.
• Provide detailed information about EV chargers, including specifications, benefits, and installation options, to prospective clients.
•Customer Engagement:•
• Interact with customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable EV charging solutions.
• Handle inquiries through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to build strong relationships with clients.
•Product Demonstrations:•
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential customers to highlight the features and benefits of EV chargers.
•Market Research:•
• Gather insights on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Support the development of strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
•Sales Administration:•
• Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and necessary documentation to close deals.
•Collaboration:•
• Coordinate with the operations and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of EV chargers.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote products and generate leads.
Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. 1 - 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the EV, automotive, or renewable energy industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Familiarity with EV chargers and related technologies is a plus. Self-motivated, proactive, and results driven. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
