Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Associate to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, a strong understanding of the local market, and be willing to work both in the field and at our office location.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and cold calling.

2. Maintain relationships with existing clients and upsell products as appropriate.

3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.

4. Do proper market research and achieve sales targets within assigned market segment.

5. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain accurate records of sales activities.

6. Participating in Exhibitions instructed by the company.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in any Subject. (Business Administration or related field is preferred)

2. Proven track record of 3-5 years in successful sales experience with a reputed company.

3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.

4. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Additional Qualifications:

- Flexibility to work in both office settings and out in the field

- Strong understanding of the local market trends

- Valid driver's license
