About the Role We're seeking a customer-focused individual to manage pre-sales communication and assist with order processing. This role involves handling customer queries, supporting order placements, confirming orders, and coordinating with internal teams. If you're organized, quick with responses, a fashion enthusiast, and enjoy interacting with customers, this could be the perfect fit for you.
• Respond to customer queries via WhatsApp, Instagram, and calls
• Assist customers in placing orders and provide product information
• Confirm and manage COD (Cash on Delivery) orders
• Coordinate with internal teams like accounts, order management, and design to ensure smooth operations
• Create and process orders on the Shopify dashboard
• Handle pre-sales inquiries from Marketplaces and MBOs (Multi-Brand Outlets)
Requirements
• Strong communication skills
• Proactive, with a quick response time to customer inquiries
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt
• Able to manage multiple tasks and collaborate with different teams
• Experience in customer service or pre-sales is a plus
• Interest in fashion and luxury is desirable
