We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a fresher or have up to 1 year of experience in sales, with a passion for client interaction and business development. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving our growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively identify and pursue new client leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Understand client needs and offer suitable HR consultancy solutions.
• Achieve sales targets and objectives set by management.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and market opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns.
• Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities and forecasts.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• 0-1 year of experience in sales, particularly in HR consultancy or related services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
