This position is responsible for the executing plan for the assigned region of residential sales
Responsibilities
• Telecalling the leads & pitching various projects
• Arranging for the site visits
• Registering the leads with respective developers
• Following up on the leads for conversion
• Sales closure with the builders sales team
• Submission of the invoice & collection of the payment
• Updating lead status in the CRM on real-time basis
• Daily reporting to the Operations Head about progress
Qualifications
• Good Communication & interpersonal skills
• Pleasing personality & should be a self-starter
• Good knowledge of all the ongoing projects in the assigned region
• Should be well versed with the real estate sales terminologies
• Should have a 2 wheeler & a license
• 5 years experience with a minimum of 2 years in Real Estate Sales in a given territory
