• Handle incoming and outgoing calls to assist customers with their inquiries.
• Update and maintain accurate records in the company database.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with other team members to streamline operations.
Requirements:
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry.
• Availability to work night shifts.
Salary:
INR 15,000 to INR 30,000 per month
