Job Overview: As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for our sales team. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that our sales VP have productive meetings with qualified prospects, ultimately contributing to our company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generating qualified leads by cold calling, social media and email marketing etc.
• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and introduce our company's services to prospective clients in a clear and compelling manner.
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and assess their interest and readiness for a sales appointment.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales VP, ensuring accurate details and a smooth handoff.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, interactions, and appointments in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales VP to understand target markets and refine outreach strategies.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in an appointment setting, telemarketing, or similar role preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
• Bachelors degree.
