As a sales associate with ATES team, you will be a part of the team that helps new sellers across India to start their e-commerce journey on A.in. You role will be a part of new partner onboarding team, which is key for expanding our network of third party partners across India, with a focus on Tier 2/3 cities. The job responsibilities of this role will include
Understand products and services offered by Amazon and ability to articulate its functions and benefits to external audiences
Business development - Developing partnerships with potential agencies for leads
Develop plans to onboard partners from focus cities
Handhold new partners in their initial journey, including documentation completion, training and launch support
Identify successful partners, and build mechanisms/SOPs to replicate successful strategies
Qualify potential leads
Analyze data to help sellers and partners become successful post launch
Further, you will drive innovation and continuous improvement in the recruitment process, to build long term partner infrastructure for the team.
To be successful in this role you should have good communication and stakeholder management skills. Operating in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment, you will work autonomously taking full control and responsibility for achieving business objectives. This role provides opportunities to develop original ideas, approaches, and solutions in a competitive and ever-changing business climate.
Applicants with MBA degree with on ground sales experience would be preferred.
