As a Sales Associate in our real estate-related design services, you will be responsible for meeting with clients, understanding their design needs, and providing personalized proposals for wardrobe designs, flooring solutions, and full interior design projects. Your role is crucial in building relationships with potential clients, providing expert recommendations, and ensuring that our design solutions meet their expectations. You will also collaborate with our design and project management teams to ensure smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Meetings: Engage with clients in-person, via phone, or Physically to understand their design needs, preferences, and project goals related to wardrobes, flooring, and interior design.
• Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough consultations to gather details about clients' spaces, budget, and design requirements to create tailored solutions.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain an expert understanding of the company's product offerings, including wardrobes, flooring, and interior design materials, ensuring that you can provide clients with the best recommendations based on their preferences and space requirements.
• Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed individual sales goals, contributing to the growth and success of the team and company.
• Follow-up: Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales process, answering questions, addressing concerns, and updating them on project progress.
• Collaboration: Work closely with design teams, project managers, and other sales associates to ensure accurate proposals and smooth execution of client projects.
• Market Research: Stay informed on trends in interior design, flooring, and wardrobe solutions to provide clients with current and innovative options.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial consultation to post-sale follow-up, ensuring clients are satisfied with their experience and final results.

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience, ideally in interior design, home improvement, or real estate-related industries.
• Freshers are also eligible.
