Designation: Sales Associate
Reporting to: Area Sales Executive
Objective:
Responsible for generating sales through client visits, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Soft Skills Required:
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficient with sales applications and CRM tools.
• Resilient in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Basic understanding of market dynamics.
Qualification:
• High school diploma or equivalent (degree in Business/Marketing is a plus).
Experience:
• 1-2 years of on-field sales or similar experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily client visits to generate sales.
• Meet/exceed sales targets.
• Gather market insights and report sales activities.
• Manage customer relationships and handle inquiries.
• Plan and manage sales territory efficiently.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align strategies.

Pay from Rs. 14,000/- to Rs. 25,000/-
