Description The opportunity : To generate revenue through lead generation activities, both through client and broker networks, and closing the deals. Aid in the expansion process and grow the brand value of Dextrus. As a Sales Executive, you will work closely with the Sales Manager and a successful sales team. Reporting to : Sales Manager Roles and responsibilities : As we are a growing company the tasks outlined here are not limited to and will constantly evolve based on your capabilities and the business needs: Leads, Revenue & Future Growth Work towards building and maintaining 100% occupancy of our existing two centers Responsible for growth in revenue of Dextrus. Increase revenue through the selling of private and flex desks but also by increasing revenue through membership, meeting rooms, virtual plans etc. Assist with local area marketing and networking both online and in-person to drive leads Conduct tours to show Dextrus to potential clients and brokers Work with the marketing team to help create ways to engage with potential clients and broker networks to establish a clear and constant communication line. Source and identify new markets, properties, and partnerships for growth and expansion of Dextrus centers Participate in expansion activities of Dextrus centers by providing inputs related to business and competition Market Research Understand Dextrus\' business well and conduct thorough research on the same to identify and develop new customers and businesses. Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, offers, new co-working spaces/ business centers, etc. Create and maintain relations with IPCs and DPCs to automate the lead generation through brokers Identify and enroll new channel partners to promote the brand Identify and strategize new lead generating opportunities Participate in events and networking opportunities to represent and promote Dextrus Client Relationship Develop a potential client network organically Coordinate client meetings, record their proceedings, and conduct follow up Maintain a good relationship with the clients. Engage with existing clients and ensure a complete understanding of their requirements. Actively seek various customer requirements and coordinate for the same with the other departments. Update the clients regularly about the company\'s progress and development. Requirements : Educational Qualification - Graduate /Post Graduation Experience - 0-3 years of sales experience. Preferred but not mandatory : Co-working space /real estate sales experience Business development experience Ability to establish and nurture relationships with clients, colleagues, and business partners
